We’re absolutely thrilled to share that El Español published a feature on Home Container and how our work is changing the way housing is understood in the Valencian Community.

The article, focused on our CEO Daniel Ropero’s story, reviews how we started with a clear idea: to make housing more accessible, quicker to build, and with a durability that matches — or even surpasses — traditional homes.

Container homes: design, speed and resilience

In the interview, Daniel explains how shipping containers — those structures designed to withstand the harshest environments — become the perfect base to raise modern, comfortable and sustainable homes.

“These containers are designed to endure extreme conditions, and that makes them the perfect base to create homes that are resilient, safe and durable,” he comments in the feature.

From our workshops in Jávea, we transform each container with precision and care, complying with all European regulations and tailoring every detail to each client’s project. No two homes are the same: some comprise two 6 m modules to create 30 m² of functional space, others combine up to nine containers and exceed 270 m². Everything depends on the lifestyle, the plot and the dream each person wants to build.

Ranges and prices adapted to each client

The feature also highlights our three finish ranges — Gold, Silver and Bronze — designed to fit different needs and budgets.

From the most basic option, with prices starting from €30,000, to turnkey homes with full equipment and premium finishes. Always with one idea present: that the client decides how they want to live and we handle the rest.

Guaranteed durability and a commitment to transparency

One of the points that most caught the attention of El Español was our written 75-year guarantee, with an estimated useful life of a century. A figure that reflects the level of confidence we have in our materials and in the quality of our processes.

Also highlighted was something we consider fundamental: transparency. Each project is processed through architect-visas and municipal permits, and we offer the client the possibility to recover their investment if any issue arises with the land or the surroundings. Because we believe that trust is the foundation of everything.

Appearing in a national medium like El Español is a huge recognition for the entire team behind Home Container: designers, technicians, architects and professionals who make it possible for each container to turn into a home full of life.

We love to see how the media are beginning to focus on this kind of modular housing, which is not only more efficient and sustainable, but also a real alternative for many people who are looking for independence without mortgaging their future.
